News: IPOB; Vote And Die In Anambra

With about a week left for the Anambra Guber elections, The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has told citizens of Anambra to stay indoors on November 18 or come out to vote and die.

The members of the group marched around some streets in Onitsha, Anambra on Friday, vowing total lock down on the election day.

If you vote you will die. Don’t go out, stay in your house. If you vote on November 18, you will die. We are not running around for the zoo.
There will be no election. We will not participate, we will not vote. Nothing concerns us with any election. We are formidable.
We are in Onitsha to tell the Federal Government to produce Kanu. They should release all the Biafrans in Nigerian prisons.

IPOB's Media and Publicity Secretary,Emma Powerful said that the purpose of the march was to show the world that the "threat of bullet" would not deter them.

He said Igbos leaving outside the South East should tell their relatives to boycott the elections  and all future Nigerian elections,  as the boycott would give their agitation the much needed global momentum needed to allow a peaceful breakup from Nigeria.
