Dark Days For PSG: Neymar Not Playing against Real Madrid

Neymar injury

The Brazilian Star forward NEYMAR is not expected to be fit against Real Madrid in next week's crucial last-16 second leg Champions League clash.

The Brazil international went down in a heap after he twisted his ankle during PSG’s 3-0 win over Marseille yesterday.
He was in tears as he clutched his ankle and had to be stretchered off the field.

PSG have since released a statement stating the forward has been diagnosed with a sprained ankle and fractured his fifth metatarsal.

It read:
“Complementary examinations performed this day (ultrasound and CT) confirmed antero external sprain of the right ankle but also the associated existence of a fissure of the fifth metatarsal.”
This is a big blow to the Ligue 1 giants. With lots of pressure now on Emery to deliver in the Champions League with strong speculation he could lose his job if they are knocked out.

This therefore means with this new development, Emery needs to work out a new plan on how to stop Madrid and take his team to the quarter final even on Neymar absentee.

Do you see Neymar too missing the World Cup? Well, only time can tell.
